OUR POLICIES
Minimum Age & ID
Guests must be 18 years or older and must have valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the reservation.
Pets
We allow dogs at no additional charge. Guests must keep dogs off furniture and beds or an additional cleaning fee may apply. Please pick up after your dog in the cabin area. We do not allow any pets other than dogs.
Smoking
Please use the provided ashtrays for cigarette butts as, again, we have very high fire danger here (and butts all over the ground are yucky). Absolutely no smoking of any type inside cabins. If we find that you have smoked in your cabin you will be subject to a $250 additional cleaning fee.
Quiet Time
We value the peace and tranquility that our cabin area offers at night and ask that you move conversations and music indoors after 9pm. Many of our guests choose to sleep with their windows open at night and sound carries very well in this area. We appreciate your consideration of your fellow guests during your stay.
Don't Leave Trash Outdoors
Please do not leave bags of trash outside as birds or, worse, raccoons and bears can be attracted to the smell. We definitely don’t want these animals in the cabin area! If you need a trash pickup please let us know via phone, text, or doorbell and we will happily come take care of it for you.
Deposit
Due to high turnover, we charge the first night as a non-refundable deposit once we are inside our cancellation window of 14 days.
Checking in and out
Our check-in begins at 4pm and our check-out is 11am. Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer early check-in or late check-out as our housekeeping staff needs all available time to safely ventilate, clean and disinfect the cabins.
We appreciate your patience as we operate under more strenuous protocols.
Cancellation
Guests are welcome to cancel without a fee by cancelling their reservation through the agency used to create it. Once the arrival date is fewer than 14 days away we charge a cancellation fee equal to the first night of the stay. We allow guests one opportunity to move a reservation to a new date.
Fires
This is a very high fire danger area, unfortunately, which means that wood and charcoal fires are absolutely prohibited here. We take this very seriously and require that you do, too. Propane grills are allowed but must be used on a picnic table or on an asphalt or concrete surface. These are not just our rules but are county laws enforced by local fire and police.
